Pinehurst

Pinehurst, North Carolina is the Home of American Golf. It was established on February 11, 1835 by James Walker Tufts who developed with the intentions of the great resort it is today. The original layout of Pinehurst was created by Frederick Law Olmsted of Olmsted, Olmsted * Elliot, who designed Central Park in New York and the Emerald Necklace in Boston among many others. Pinehurst is more than just golf though. It’s also known for the Arts, Antiques, Tennis and much more!
